Q2 2026 Recap & Q3 Outlook
From the CEO: Building on Momentum
Q2 2026 was a quarter of deliberate expansion. While Q1 confirmed the engine of our business, Q2 was about widening the foundation: new clients, new partners, new geographies, and new conversations that will shape IEC's trajectory into the second half of 2026.
The demand for embedded, execution-focused consulting continues to grow on both sides of the Atlantic. European companies are looking at the US with more urgency than ever. US companies are looking at new markets with more caution than before. Both need the same thing: a team that can think strategically and execute without hesitation. That is IEC.
This quarter we welcomed new clients in Europe, deepened our partner network across multiple domains in the US, and advanced our research into Latin America. The pipeline is strong. The team is focused. Q3 is going to be significant.

New Client Engagements: European Growth
Q2 marked a meaningful step in IEC's European client base. We are proud to have welcomed new consulting clients in Europe this quarter. Due to confidentiality agreements, we are not in a position to share their names at this stage, but we can say that these engagements reflect IEC's growing reputation as the firm that bridges European business ambition with US market execution, and vice versa.
These clients represent exactly the type of mid-market company IEC is built to serve: ambitious, capable, and ready to grow with the right partner alongside them.
New US Partnerships: Expanding Our Ecosystem
IEC's partner network grew significantly in Q2, with new agreements signed across several domains that directly strengthen what we can deliver for clients.
TIC - The Innate Coach | Leadership Alignment & Executive Coaching
The Innate Coach leads on leadership alignment, executive coaching, and team communication. This partnership strengthens IEC's ability to support the human side of organizational transformation, ensuring that the strategic and operational changes we drive with clients are anchored by strong, aligned leadership at every level.
TCA - The Change Agency | Founder-Led Business Growth
The Change Agency's primary focus is founder-led businesses, from concept through approximately $1M in revenue, with a Scale offering for companies at $15M and above. This partnership extends IEC's reach into earlier-stage companies and complements our mid-market consulting work with a specialized growth framework for founders navigating critical inflection points.
NextStep Advisory | Governance & Decision Architecture
NextStep Advisory is a strategically important partner for IEC in Europe. They intervene upstream and during structuring phases, focusing on governance challenges, decision-making architecture, and stabilization of decisions in complex environments. This partnership directly reinforces IEC's capacity to deliver consulting projects in Europe, giving our clients on the ground access to specialized expertise in organizational design and decision governance that complements IEC's growth, market entry, and operational transformation work. Together, NextStep Advisory and IEC form a stronger, more complete offering for European mid-market companies navigating complexity.
CybrHawk | Enterprise Cybersecurity
CybrHawk is a Unified Cyber Defense solutions provider that delivers enterprise-grade cybersecurity, including 24/7 SOC operations, AI-driven XDR, threat intelligence, and compliance frameworks, to organizations that cannot afford a breach and cannot afford to look unprepared to the buyers and partners who will scrutinize them. As cybersecurity due diligence becomes a standard part of PE transactions and international market entry, this partnership ensures IEC clients are protected and credible.
Bob Sharp | AV, IoT & Technology Distribution
Bob Sharp brings deep industry expertise in AV, IoT, and technology distribution, along with hands-on experience building international market presence, including his investment in and advisory role at Utelogy. This partnership gives IEC clients in the technology sector access to a practitioner who has built and scaled distribution channels internationally, a rare and valuable perspective for companies entering or expanding in the US market.
Oliver | Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
IEC has engaged Oliver to lead dedicated market research initiatives, starting with our ongoing Latin America analysis. His work directly informs IEC's expansion decisions and client advisory work in new geographies, bringing rigorous, data-driven intelligence to markets where strategic clarity is the difference between a successful entry and a costly misstep.
LATAM: Research Update
Our market intelligence work on Latin America continued through Q2 and is now in its final stages. Preliminary findings point to meaningful opportunity in the region, and IEC is approaching this market with the same discipline we apply to every expansion decision: we will not enter without the infrastructure to serve clients well from day one.
INNOVIT SF: Mentoring Continues
Following the successful May 14th workshops, IEC's relationship with INNOVIT SF continues to deepen. In July, Cyril Moreau will conduct 1:1 mentoring sessions with three new companies through the INNOVIT program, supporting their preparation for US market entry.
These sessions are hands-on and execution-focused, covering go-to-market strategy, US positioning, pricing adaptation, and the operational realities of building a presence in one of the world's most competitive markets. IEC is proud to continue contributing to INNOVIT's mission of connecting Europe's most promising companies to the US ecosystem.
IEC on the Mic: Thought Leadership
IEC's podcast presence continued to grow in Q2, with appearances covering fractional executive leadership, US market entry strategy, and management consulting in today's market. These conversations continue to generate inbound interest from executives and founders who recognize the gap between strategy and execution and are ready to close it.
Topics coming up in Q3 include US market entry for European companies, customer experience as a commercial driver, and the evolving role of the fractional C-suite in high-growth environments.
Market Trends: What We Are Seeing on the Ground
US Market Entry: The Window Is Narrowing
European companies that delayed their US market entry plans are feeling the pressure in 2026. Regulatory shifts, supply chain realignments, and a more competitive landscape mean that the cost of waiting is rising. IEC is seeing a marked increase in urgency from European mid-market companies, particularly in manufacturing, technology, and professional services, who need to move now and move correctly. Speed without structure is expensive. Structure without speed is irrelevant. IEC provides both.
Customer Experience as a Revenue Driver
More companies are beginning to understand what IEC has been telling clients for years: customer experience is not a support function, it is a revenue function. Q2 brought several new conversations with SaaS and subscription businesses looking to reduce churn, improve net revenue retention, and build CS infrastructure that scales. This demand is growing and we are ready to meet it.
Cybersecurity as a Commercial Requirement
Cybersecurity is no longer just an IT concern. In the context of PE transactions, international partnerships, and enterprise sales cycles, buyers and partners are scrutinizing security posture as a prerequisite for doing business. Companies that cannot demonstrate readiness are losing deals they should have won. IEC and CybrHawk are working together to ensure our clients are never in that position.
Looking Ahead: Q3 2026
Q3 is shaping up to be IEC's most active quarter to date. Key priorities:
· July 1:1 mentoring sessions with three new companies through INNOVIT SF
· Continued growth in European client engagements
· New podcast appearances covering US market entry, CX strategy, and fractional leadership
· Activation of new partner capabilities across coaching, governance, cybersecurity, and technology distribution
